Mike is one of Northfield’s newest trainer acquisitions. His specialty areas include resistance and strength training, core assessment and training plus a complete understanding of the human anatomy. His passion for fitness and athleticism comes through in his absolute enthusiasm.
He is happily married and the father of two young children. He is an avid sports nut with a unique sense of humor. He has been very active in both strength training and distance running his entire adult life. Mike is very driven and is always enthusiastic in trying new sports and games. Along with a consistent passion for weight training he has recently began training and competing in marathons and is an avid paintball devotee. Mike’s strengths include excellent motivational and mentoring skills. As well, he possesses a repertoire of hundreds of fun and challenging strength training exercises that will ensure his clients receive a complete training program to meet all of their needs.
Mike's ideology is "Training diversity and introducing new aspects to any workout routine produces greater results and keeps you motivated to reach new goals."
